Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees and maintaining office procedures.
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases.
  • Support other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Discretion with confidential information.
