**Overview**
**Traveling Operations Manager - Dental Practices (Treatment Planning & Case Acceptance Focus)**
**_Must Have Current/Previous DSO Experience_**
We are seeking a highly motivated and people-focused **Traveling Operations Manager** with specialized experience in **treatment planning, case presentation, and patient financing** . This role supports dental practices across the country, working on-site to improve case acceptance rates, streamline treatment coordination, and enhance the overall patient experience.

**Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct on-site assessments of treatment coordination workflows and case presentation strategies to identify opportunities for improving **case acceptance** and **patient trust** .
+ Create and implement training programs for treatment coordinators and front-office staff focused on **effective case presentation, patient education, and closing high-value treatment plans** .
+ Coach teams on how to lead confident, empathetic conversations around **treatment need, timing, and financial options** , including third-party financing.
+ Improve internal processes for **insurance benefit breakdowns, patient out-of-pocket estimates, and presentation of multiple payment pathways** .
+ Ensure consistency in how treatment plans are discussed, scheduled, and followed up, aligning with both clinical goals and revenue growth targets.
+ Identify and mentor internal treatment planning leads at each practice to continue performance improvements after your engagement.
+ Report weekly on key performance indicators (KPIs), including **case acceptance rate, treatment plan conversion, and financing utilization** , to the Key Leadership Team.
+ Support alignment across clinical and business teams to ensure treatment recommendations are clearly communicated and understood by patients.
**Qualifications**
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
+ **5+ years of leadership experience** in dental practice management, with a strong focus on **prosthodontics, dentures, or implant dentistry** .
+ Demonstrated success in increasing treatment plan acceptance, especially for high-value cases like full arch or implant-supported solutions.
+ Strong knowledge of **dental insurance** , billing, and third-party financing options (e.g., CareCredit, Proceed Finance, Sunbit).
+ Experience training or mentoring treatment coordinators and front-office teams.
+ Proficient with dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft, as well as Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ Outstanding communication and sales skills; able to coach teams in patient engagement and financial presentation techniques.
+ Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
+ Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
**Travel Requirement:**
+ **75% travel** required within the U.S. Must be willing and able to travel to assigned dental practices for on-site operational support and training.
