This position is located at the Santa Clara Field Office in Santa Clara.

Are you organized, a self-starter, that works collaboratively in a team environment focusing on excellent in-person customer service? Under the direction of Region II’s Administrative Assistant, the Manager I will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and preparing recommendations and the best practices for the improvement of the customer experience. The individual will work with all levels of management and support staff, and present their self in a professional manner. This position is based from the Santa Clara Field Office and may require traveling to other Region II offices. The candidate selected must demonstrate professionalism, along with interpersonal, communication (written & verbal), analytical, training, planning and organizing and problem solving skills.

The incumbent must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite applications. They must have a working program knowledge of Driver License and Vehicle Registration processes. Reliability and dependability are a must and considered a major factor in the selection process. Desirable skills include knowledge in control cashiering, VFO, Q-Matic system.
