Key Responsibilities:

• Manage U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement

• Respond to USPTO office actions and handle Madrid Protocol filings

• Draft and negotiate licensing, coexistence, and settlement agreements

• Counsel clients on copyright, NIL (Name, Image, Likeness), and domain matters

• Draft UDRP complaints and other IP enforcement tools

• Support M&A and corporate transactions involving IP assets

• Clear marketing and digital content for legal compliance

• Deliver strategic IP advice across a wide range of industries

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of trademark-focused legal experience in a law firm

• Admitted or eligible for admission in New York or California

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school

• Strong skills in trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement

• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy

• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

• Team player with high emotional intelligence and client-service orientation
