For our Ammeraal Beltech and AMMEGA Operations team, we are currently looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor:

  • .Researches and analyses industry regulations and ensure compliance; works with departments and field recommending changes in business practices and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Develop & implement logistics strategies for all Ammega divisions in North America including all modes of transportation and warehousing.
  • · Researches state requirements for filing of required forms, prepare submission. Communicates with state on any objections, communicates with various departments on filing objections, suggests changes to filings, coordinate systems output due to filing with IT and other departments.
  • · Establishes short and long-term logistics goals and objectives for North America logistics team consistent with the global procurement strategy.
  • · Optimization of regional material flows and develops regional logistics strategies to secure the required space capacity for all modes improving customer lead-times.
  • · Prepares filing documents for new products and changes to current product documents. Prepares annual illustration certifications, including document preparation, filing check fees and assembly.
  • · Manage the ongoing logistics functions for all appropriate Ammega divisions in North America including supplier agreements for domestic freight, warehousing needs and sea and airfreight.
  • · Work closely with the CPO in Europe to coordinate RFP’s optimizing supply chain and implementing cost savings initiatives.
  • · Sets standards for taking corrective action where necessary and monitor to determine if corrections are implemented.
  • · Directs and oversees the development and delivery of Company education and communication on compliance and ethics policies and procedures. Consults with General Counsel as needed to resolve complex legal compliance issues.
  • · Responsible for the development and growth of compliance staff and administrative responsibilities such as budget, certifications and training required to maintain licenses and industry certifications. Maintains discipline, resolves problems, determines performance, and recommends promotions, transfers or dismissals.
  • · Ensures the proper systems, procedures, measurements, and quality control standards are in place for the general operation of the Compliance Department and its related activities to detect and prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
  • · Provide regular KPI reporting necessary to run the Ammega Business in a way that key changes in cost, service and quality
  • · Regularly meet with key service providers to stay up to date with compliance regulatory changes and manage supplier performance

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Management or Supply Chain preferred

· 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain activities

· Demonstrate ability to complete all tasks with a high degree of accuracy, attention, to detail, and follow-up

· Prior Compliance experience

· Prior management experience;

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word;

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

· Strategic planning and project execution;

· Demonstrate strong leadership and motivational skills;

· Strong time management by maintaining calendar and business meeting scheduling;

· Capable of managing a variety of stakeholder relationships;

· Comfortable working in a changing international matrix organization;

· Flexible in approach and prepared to work outside normal working hours if required;

· Experience with CRM software is preferred;

· 25%-35% travel required

· Must have a valid driver’s license

· Must be able to work in the US
