About the Role

Responsible for supporting the agency’s paid search performance efforts by monitoring and optimizing campaigns, reporting on performance, and contributing to digital media strategy.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage campaigns across key platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, and Walmart Connect
  • Support and execute digital strategy across search platforms
  • Set up and verify campaign tracking and analytics
  • Monitor pacing, performance, and budgets; make real-time optimizations
  • Analyze performance data and communicate insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize campaign effectiveness through A/B testing, innovation, and budget planning
  • Help develop client-facing presentations and performance reports
  • Partner with vendors (Google, Microsoft, etc.) to stay current on platform updates and best practices

Core Competencies

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid search or digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Demand Gen, Performance Max (PMax), and shopper/eCommerce campaigns across search platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident presenting insights and ideas in individual and group settings
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect performance data to client goals
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable writing short communications and reports

  • Meeting and exceeding client KPIs for search campaign performance
  • Effective communication of results and strategy to internal and client teams
  • Quality and timeliness of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Peer collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams
