Help Shape the Future of Cloud ERP

Mindworks is redefining the ERP experience by building a modern Business Execution (BX) platform that simplifies and accelerates business operations. Our AI-driven, cloud-based ERP is built for flexibility, ease of use, and rapid deployment, empowering mid-market companies in manufacturing, construction, and beyond.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to bring deep hands-on ERP experience who can own functional areas of our ERP solution and develop, design, and implement product requirements for modules within our product portfolio. Ideally you would have experience in product management, worked with UI/UX Designers, and can bridge the gap between the business and our engineering teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has successfully led ERP implementations , understands the functional needs of various business departments, and has worked closely with product teams.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Leverage your ERP implementation experience to define and refine best practices for how ERP solutions should work for different functional areas.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to help shape ERP features and workflows that solve real-world business challenges.
  • Translate business processes into well-designed, intuitive software solutions.
  • Provide insights across multiple functional areas —from finance (AP/AR) to supply chain, manufacturing, and CRM. We're hiring multiple positions, so strength in a few areas is a must.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to identify gaps, optimize workflows, and recommend enhancements to our platform.
  • Participate in the software development lifecycle, collaborating with engineers to ensure product requirements align with user needs and best practices.
  • Conduct user testing and feedback sessions, ensuring the software meets real-world ERP implementation challenges.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in ERP implementation, either as a consultant or an in-house ERP specialist.
  • Hands-on experience across multiple ERP modules, such as finance, supply chain, CRM, and operations.
  • Experience with ERPs in a manufacturing or project-based business environment
  • A strong understanding how different departments use ERP software to run their businesses.
  • Prior experience in product management (or project management), working with designers and engineers to build software solutions.
  • A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude of learning new areas and figuring out the best way to make complex problems a simple solution.
  • A deep understanding of the software development process — especially in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business challenges into product solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work across global business and technical teams.
  • Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and available for in-office work in our San Francisco office.

Why Join Mindworks?

  • Be part of an early-stage, funded startup building the future of ERP.
  • Work with cutting-edge AI technologies to power intelligent business execution.
  • Collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, product managers, and designers in our San Francisco Financial District office.
  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits in a high-impact, strategic role.

If you’re passionate about working in a fast-paced environment, building innovative products, and have a deep background in various ERP technologies, we'd love to hear from you!
