Job Description

MANGO , one of Europe's leading fashion brands, is looking for a Retail Director for the West Coast , based in Los Angeles , reporting directly to the International Retail Director .

This strategic role is key to supporting the brand’s significant expansion in the United States — a unique opportunity to be part of a major growth story.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of District Managers, guiding them to achieve their business objectives.
• Drive commercial results and profitability across all stores within the West Coast region.
• Implement brand standards to ensure excellence in customer service, image, and in-store experience.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and develop and execute effective action plans.
• Act as a crucial link between the field teams and headquarters, providing valuable feedback, identifying opportunities, and sharing best practices.
• Collaborate closely with central functions (Visual Merchandising, HR, Logistics, Product, etc.) to ensure a cohesive and high-performing local strategy.

Profile:

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience as a Multi-unit leader in the Retail space
• Bachelors degree in business management, or related field preferred
• Proven leadership skills in managing and motivating district managers, store managers and staff
• Ability to build and lead a high-performing team
• An understanding of sales and marketing principles to drive strategic profitability
• Analytical mindset to assess store performance metrics and develop strategic plans for improvement
• 80% travel required to visit stores within region regularly
• Fluent English is required; Spanish is a strong plus.
