The CTS team is known for providing responsive engineering and inspection consulting services, with a focus on thorough project management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Role: Proposal Coordinator

Description

Construction Testing Services is looking for a full-time, in-person Proposal Coordinator to support the development of proposals and marketing efforts. This work requires close collaboration with senior proposal writers and other CTS staff (account executives, senior operations, engineering, project management, and marketing personnel) as well as business development leads, proposal sponsors, and Client staff. This individual will have exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing abilities, strong coordination skills, and have talent for proposal layout and the ability to assist with production for final delivery.

The successful candidate will :

• Be a skilled proposal manager who is comfortable handing several projects at one time.
• Take ownership of each proposal, evaluate, and develop a plan to respond based on the RFP’s requirements.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a growing team.
• Have excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a professional office setting.
• Maintain a well organized and orderly work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in proposal writing and production with a preference for experience in the AEC industry.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills, including editing and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with senior technical staff, management, and external parties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe InDesign
