As the HRIS Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day HRIS reporting functions. You will support the HR teams and other departments in HRIS data reporting needs, ensuring continuity and accuracy during the regular employee's leave.
Core Duties / Responsibilities:
- Maintain and run regularly scheduled internal HRIS reporting and external compliance reporting to meet state, county, and federal requirements.
- Develop and maintain reporting catalogs that index reporting available via HRIS reporting programs and tools like (but not limited to) Workday, SQL databases, and TMM.
- Ensure reporting is accurate by performing quality assurance reviews.
- Maintain internal trackers / work logs.
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal SOPs.
- Communicate and meet with leaders and business partners to empower them with data to drive decisions.
- Engage with third-party application management vendor as needed.
What it takes to succeed:
- College degree or High School Diploma with at least 2 years of reporting experience.
- Proven ability to design and implement reports that have large data sets from multiple data sources.
- Intermediate to Expert in Excel.
- Intermediate SQL.
- Knowledgeable of system report writer software.
- Workday experience is strong plus.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with various levels of management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple requests at once, while delivering accurate and timely results.
- Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have proven ability to manage multiple projects in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic.
