Job responsibilitiesTeach subjects of PE to students in primary educationLead the PE department, overseeing curriculum design, staff training, and departmental goals aligned with school/institutional standardsManage PE teachers, coaches, and support staff, including performance reviews and professional developmentDesign and implement a progressive PE curriculum that promotes physical literacy, teamwork, and lifelong fitnessIntegrate competitive sports, health education, and extracurricular activitiesEnsure inclusive participation for all students, adapting programs for diverse abilities and needs.Oversee risk assessments, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health/safety regulations.Manage the PE budget, including procurement of equipment, uniforms, and facility upgrades.Coordinate with external organizations (e.g., sports clubs, community groups) to enhance program offerings.Monitor student progress in physical skills, health knowledge, and sportsmanship.Report to senior leadership on departmental outcomes, event successes, and areas for improvement.RequirementsQualified Teacher status with 3-5 years of teaching experienceWillingness to teach across 3-4 grade levelsKnowledge of world-class science curriculums, including UK and International, and their assessment methodsProficiency in addressing individual needs through differentiated instruction and diverse learning strategies Salary and benefitsMonthly salary of 29,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsMonthly accommodation allowance of 8,000 RMBMonthly leadership bonus is 3,500 RMBPaid summer and winter holidaysNational holidaysFlight allowanceMedical health insuranceGratuity bonusWork and residence permit sponsorship
