Graduate Trainee – Portfolio Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Graduate Trainee in Portfolio Management . This role offers an excellent entry point for engineering graduates looking to gain experience in both operational and strategic aspects of portfolio and market management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing development and management of the product and solution portfolio
• Contribute to the analysis of market intelligence, including competitor benchmarking and trend assessments
• Actively contribute to the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives, taking ownership of specific work streams and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, engineering, and sales functions.
• Drive the preparation of market and performance reports, ensuring insights are effectively communicated to support portfolio and business planning activities
• Participate in selected business projects with exposure to both technical and strategic deliverables

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical or interdisciplinary field (e.g., Engineering & Management, Business Engineering, Mechatronics);
• Strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem-solving as well as data interpretation
• Interest in market intelligence, portfolio strategy, and innovation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA programming for data processing and reporting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly
• Curious, proactive, and eager to contribute to strategic business thinking
