As our Front Desk/Administrative Assistant, you will set the first impression for our patients, so a professional, friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills are imperative. Medical or dental experience is not required, but you should be comfortable using and learning a variety of technologies and software. It is also important that you are positive, organized, and detail-oriented. We place high priority on our core values, which drive the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
-Handle receptionist duties, including patient scheduling and provider follow-up
-Manage data entry, organize electronic/paper files, and obtain prior authorizations from insurance providers.
-Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, medical professionals, and referring providers via in-person, phone, fax, email, and website interactions.
-Assist in marketing and outreach initiatives alongside the office manager
-Collect & manage referral & online new patient intake process.
-Prep & facilitate the daily morning huddle team meeting.
