Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance supervisors, technicians, across multiple shifts.
• Drive TPM initiatives across the plant, including implementation of the 8 TPM pillars and integration with lean manufacturing strategies.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
• Develop and manage the maintenance department’s KPIs (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE, downtime tracking).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to address chronic equipment issues and optimize throughput.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, ISO 14001, IATF 16949).
• Manage and optimize the plant’s CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Fiix, MP2) for effective work order tracking, scheduling, and asset history.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement projects to reduce costs, enhance performance, and eliminate waste.
• Participate in capital projects including new equipment installations, upgrades, and facility expansions.
• Maintain department budgets, vendor relationships, and inventory of spare parts.
• QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in an automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of TPM, lean manufacturing, and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Proven experience with CMMS systems and data-driven maintenance planning.
