Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as lead or co-counsel in wage and hour class and collective actions
• Draft compelling complaints, motions, and briefs in state and federal court
• Manage discovery, including document review and third-party subpoenas
• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and experts
• Negotiate settlements during mediations and court proceedings
• Collaborate with junior attorneys and paralegals to ensure workflow efficiency
• Stay current with developments in employment and wage/hour law

Qualifications:
• 1–6 years of experience in civil litigation or class actions, ideally wage and hour
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal oversight
• Commitment to ethical client advocacy and litigation excellence
