Job Title: Employer Brand Specialist (6-Month Contract, Potential to Extend)

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Top Required Skills:

  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction roles.
  • Strong content creation abilities, including writing, editing, and visual storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Proficient in analyzing metrics from tools such as LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and Google Analytics.
  • Skilled in developing, editing, and curating digital content for key recruitment channels.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe InDesign.

Job Summary:

As an Employer Brand Specialist , you will play a key role in shaping how talent around the world perceives and interacts with the company’s employer brand. This role blends creativity, digital fluency, and strategic thinking to bring candidate experiences to life across various touchpoints and platforms. You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, supporting initiatives that enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and manage digital content for platforms including the careers website, social media, and email campaigns to promote unique career experiences.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of an annual content calendar aligned with key communication goals.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions to evaluate and refine digital strategies.
  • Participate in key initiatives such as branding updates, recruiter communication tools, and candidate experience analysis.
  • Develop branded recruitment marketing materials including templates, toolkits, and collateral.
  • Collaborate with and support external vendors, including marketing agencies and digital platform partners.

Contract Details:

This is a limited-term role with a minimum 6-month contract and the potential for extension based on evolving business needs.
