In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Ecommerce Manager to ensure our digital storefronts are optimized, our listings are accurate and up to date, and our customers have a seamless shopping experience across platforms like Amazon, Wayfair, and Dillard’s.

You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, supporting product launches, and managing the nuts and bolts of a thriving ecommerce operation.

Job Mission: To drive Ecommerce sales growth through proactive Ecommerce account management, including timely and accurate listing management and optimization, digital storefront optimization, and marketing campaign ideation and execution, with the ultimate goal of creating a thriving and sustainable online business that meets the evolving needs of our diverse customer base.

Ecommerce Specialist Job Responsibilities
  • Daily Order Management: Review and manage incoming orders to ensure smooth, on-time fulfillment. Flag and resolve any issues quickly.
  • Returns Monitoring: Track product returns daily and identify any trends or problem areas. Recommend improvements to reduce return rates.
  • Dillard’s Account Management: Set up and maintain our Dillard’s ecommerce listings. Occasionally visit their Fort Worth office as needed.
  • Shipment Coordination: Help create and prepare shipments for Amazon FBA, Wayfair CastleGate, and others. Work with our warehouse to ensure everything ships accurately and on time.
  • Buy Box Optimization (Amazon): Monitor our Amazon listings daily to help us win and maintain the Buy Box.
  • Compliance Paperwork: Prepare and submit documentation for Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) to stay in compliance.
  • SKU & Promotion Management: Keep SKU and promo lists updated to support marketing and sales.
  • Flat File Management: Assist with flat file uploads and updates across various platforms—accuracy is key.
  • Team Support: Support the Senior Ecommerce Manager on key tasks and projects as we scale our operations.

Ecommerce Specialist Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years of relevant experience in place of a degree)
  • 2+ years of ecommerce experience, ideally managing 1,000+ SKUs
  • Strong Excel skills (including working with flat files and large data sets)
  • Excellent attention to detail—you notice the small things that others miss
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Fast learner who’s not afraid of new tools or systems
  • Able to occasionally work off-hours (e.g., during trade shows)
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and solutions-oriented
  • Commitment to the company's mission and values, which can be found here:
