Senior E-Commerce Coordinator

A growing direct-to-consumer brand in popular jewelry brand beloved by influencers and celebrities is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy Senior E-Commerce Coordinator. This role will support daily website operations, lead Shopify management, and analyze key e-commerce metrics to drive growth. Candidates must have hands-on Shopify experience and a strong understanding of digital workflows, content management, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Operations
Manage Shopify backend: update product listings, navigation, collections, and metadata.
Launch new product collections and maintain alignment with marketing timelines.
Conduct regular site audits to optimize content, SEO, and product tagging.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate fixes with developers and third-party apps.
Research and implement new Shopify tools to improve performance and conversion.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on key performance indicators: traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Generate insights using Google Analytics, Shopify, and Klaviyo data.
Recommend optimizations based on customer behavior and A/B testing results.
Content & Asset Management
Manage and update site visuals, ensuring brand consistency and formatting accuracy.
Collaborate with creative team to improve product imagery and presentation.
Perform basic Photoshop edits as needed for web use.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service to maintain a seamless digital experience.
Maintain e-commerce project timelines and workflows.
Identify and implement backend process improvements.
Qualifications:
3+ years of e-commerce and Shopify experience, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or luxury.
Strong command of Shopify backend, apps, and troubleshooting.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Shopify reporting, and Klaviyo.
Familiar with tools like Figma, Asana, or Monday.com.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and digital marketing best practices.
Photoshop skills and an eye for visual merchandising.
Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive in a fast-paced setting.
