Now Hiring: Director of Administrative Services

📍 Remote eligible | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 $120,000–$168,000/year

📍 Based at Sisters of Mercy of the Americas

We are seeking an experienced Director of Administrative Services to lead and coordinate administrative operations across our Institute. This role provides strategic and operational support to senior leadership while overseeing a team delivering services such as legal support, records management, office operations, and major event coordination.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage administrative services across the Institute
• Support and advise senior leadership with project planning, communications, and operations
• Oversee contract management, legal services, data integrity, and internal systems
• Supervise and develop administrative staff with a focus on excellence and hospitality
• Collaborate across departments to ensure effective support structures

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in senior administrative leadership
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience supervising high-performing teams
• Proactive, service-minded, and highly ethical
• Bachelor's degree required; background in healthcare, religious or nonprofit settings a plus
• Appreciation for the mission of the Sisters of Mercy and Catholic traditions preferred
