Job Opening: Data Entry Operator 3

Location: Hartford, CT / Lake Mary, FL / San Antonio, TX

Contract Duration: 5 months

Pay Rate: $22–$24.62 per hour

Russell Tobin is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator 3 to support one of our leading clients during their peak enrollment period. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your organizational and data entry skills will make a direct impact!

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately produce and update enrollment forms, benefit highlight sheets, and premium worksheets.
• Input employee data and coverage selections to generate personalized enrollment documents while protecting sensitive information (PII).
• Manage and prioritize your own work queue and collaborate with business partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Review and process help requests using Salesforce and internal systems to generate marketing materials for enrollment campaigns.
• Suggest improvements and participate in implementing enhanced processes and materials.
• Ensure materials meet customer expectations and business requirements through cross-departmental collaboration.
• Stay up to date with internal procedures, policies, and enrollment process updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and proactive—takes initiative without being asked.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
• Familiarity with Salesforce (a plus, but not required).
• Basic knowledge of Group Benefits insurance products and case management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
