Position: Immigration Case Manager

Location: Remote | Full-Time | Hours: 7 AM – 3 PM PST

World One Law Group is looking for a Case Manager who can keep our attorneys, clients, and immigration cases on track—every single day. This role is the engine of our legal team. You will make sure nothing falls through the cracks and that every case moves forward with clarity, urgency, and care.

What You’ll Do at World One Law Group:

• Manage the full life cycle of immigration cases—from client intake to final USCIS or consular decision
• Coordinate daily case activity between attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and clients
• Track all deadlines, filings, and internal tasks using LollyLaw , Lawmatics , and Notion
• Communicate with clients regularly to request documents, provide updates, and answer questions
• Use Notion to document workflows and track firm-wide project goals
• Conduct weekly case reviews and ensure each team member is meeting their responsibilities
• Maintain accurate case data and client files across Microsoft Office tools and cloud-based platforms
• Monitor internal metrics and contribute to smooth, client-centered operations

You’re a Fit If You:

• Have at least 2 years of immigration law experience or legal case management
• Are fluent in English , with strong preference for Spanish bilingual candidates
• Are confident managing a high caseload and complex task list
• Understand the immigration process (family-based, employment, humanitarian, or court cases)
• Are a power user (or fast learner) of LollyLaw, Lawmatics, Notion, and Microsoft Office
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively—both with clients and team members
• Have high emotional intelligence and strong accountability
• Thrive in a remote-first , tech-savvy, and fast-moving environment
