Whether you come from a staffing background or another B2B sales environment, if you know how to identify decision-makers, open doors, and close high-impact deals — we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads across the Charlotte Metro business community (including areas like South End, Uptown, Ballantyne, University City, and surrounding suburbs)
Target mid-sized to enterprise-level companies across key sectors (banking, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, technology, etc.) - Think 1 million to 5 million in spend.
Book and conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings to uncover workforce needs and position staffing or service solutions
Negotiate and close deals that drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships
Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
2+ years of success in business development, outside sales, or client acquisition
A true hunter — competitive, persistent, and goal-oriented
Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills
Experience with staffing, HR solutions, or workforce consulting is a plus but not required
Familiarity with the Charlotte business landscape and decision-maker ecosystem
